Hunt Museum Marketing Manager
Our marketing is dynamic and fun and informative on platforms, on and offline.
We think we can change lives with culture, creativity and learning and we need someone who can tell people about our work and encourage them to participate. If you have a passion for arts and culture, a strong capability in digital marketing and like persuading people to join in… this is your job. We also need you to be very organised and able to get a kick out of a well-executed plan.
The job has three key areas of responsibility: marketing planning and research – setting up campaigns and analysing results; marcomms – the execution of campaigns on and offline; the ability to produce collateral both design and online media.
The Hunt Museum is a not-for-profit organisation with the aspiration of being a centre of learning and civic life. Our mission statement describes how we will achieve this by preserving and use of our world class collections; catalysing new collaborations and innovation and increasing public engagement in the collections, the museum, its exhibitions and events;
You will be looking for your next challenge, a management position in marketing. You will have a good knowledge of technology with regards to design tools and websites, you will like design and its ability to communicate a message. You will enjoy finding new ways to deliver digital marketing and you will have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. You will like variety in your work, be a good listener and communicator and you will be highly motivated and able to work on your own initiative, ensuring that all duties are completed thoroughly, accurately and in a timely manner. The ability to work outside office hours on occasion together with a broad knowledge of the museum world would be a plus.

Pay grade & salary: The salary will be awarded according to experience within a scale ranging from €28,000 p.a. to €32,000 p.a. Holiday is 21 days pro-rated, and excludes public holidays and holidays between Christmas and New Year.
