Entwined in the fabric is an online accompaniment to the Best Costume Goes To… exhibition held in the Hunt Museum from the 8th of February to the 14th of April 2020.
This online exhibit explores the inventive and varied techniques used by costume designers and makers. From research on the period, to the sourcing of materials and the aging or enhancing of a costume. Costume design is much more than the copy of a picture in a history book.
